Our client based in KSA is looking for Arabic & English speaking candidate to work as HR Director for their HR division.

• The candidate will be MBA, within excellent communication skills & ability to lead, guide and motivate a successful team.
• Candidate must have 5-10 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR Director.
• The role would be requiring administering various HR plans like recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation etc.
• The candidate will also be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all activities of the departments.
• Maintaining the HRIS records and proficient with latest recruitment practices, training and development, compensation and benefits will be added responsibilities.
