One of our leading clients in Health care based in Dubai is currently looking for a Practice Manager.
Position Description:
The Practice Manager has accountability for the operations of the physician practice and meeting the business objectives for the organization. Under the direction of the CEO, the Practice Manager is the primary liaison with the key operations, finance, and marketing resources. Additionally, the Practice Manager will understand the strategic plan, and facilitate the execution of the plan. The Practice Manager is responsible for understanding resource capabilities needed to execute elements of the plan, and will tap the available DBAJ experts to assist with execution of the plan.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinically-based field business-related field.
- Master’s degree in quality, health administration, health policy, or quantitative sciences.
- Current or previous work experience in hospital or physician practice management/ supervision.
- Demonstrated competence in areas of marketing, finance, and operations
- Demonstrated competence in program development, client relations, and project management. Requirements
- Effective organizational, planning, negotiating, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills and experience necessary to interpret financial, clinical, and market data
- Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS and POWERPOINT.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives, physicians, and staff.
- Ability to clearly direct and motivate individuals.
- Ability to recognize and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
Specific Skills: The Practice Manager has accountability for the operations of the physician practice and meeting the business objectives for the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Center’s clinical staff to ensure that the clinic business operations, systems, and programs function effectively and efficiently.
- Provide support and participation in quality of care initiatives.
- Participate in development of long range plans for growth of physician clinic and musculo-skeletal service line.
- Develop work plans to outline key actions to accomplish strategic objectives.
- Integrate and implement training programs.
- Define issues and impediments to meeting organizational goals and define alternative solutions to resolve them.
- Interact with senior leadership to address strategic direction of the organization.
- Participate in initiatives designed to position the center as the distinctive source for musculo-skeletal care in the region.
