HACCP Hygiene Supervisor (Oman)
Industry: Hospitality and Tourism, Management
Location: Oman
Relevant qualifications with experience in HACCP norms.
Proven ability to get the relevant HACCP approval for the establishment.
At least 3 years experience in either a food service or retail environment.
Pleasing personality with Good oral/written communication skills
GCC experience and driving license an added advantage
Key skills would include monitoring food safety parameters.
Maintenance of employee personnel and work area hygiene.
Monitoring CCP in kitchen and storage conditions.
Evaluating raw material during receiving and processing.
Conducting HACCP employee training to standardize personnel hygiene as per HACCP guidelines.
