• Should be MBA (Marketing) or B.E. (Mech.)
• Should have at least 10 years experience of sales and marketing preferably in automobile sector.
• Age limit upto 45 years (relaxable in exceptional cases).

Essential requisites for the position are sound man-management and communication skills, ability to generate a team spirit for successful interaction and harnessing of sales & marketing activities, ability to develop long-term strategy, vision, foresight, leadership and decision-making capabilities.
