As a part of our strategic rapid expansion we seek the services of an experienced Sales & amp; Marketing professional.

The person will be required to:

• Formulate both short term & long term business plans.
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the budgetary targets.
• Develop an optimized job mix for effective utilization of machines.
• Build & maintain good business relationship with the customers that translate into regular orders.
• Initiate to explore new markets and business horizons.
• Coordinate continuously with other functions to expand the existing setup.

The potential candidate must possess:

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience with significant exposure as Sales & Marketing team lead.
• Excellent leadership skills.
