Franchisee Operation Manager (Oman)

The desired candidate will be responsible to organize, manage and assist in the proper implementation of field operations programs and operating procedures for a specific geographic region.
Additionally the candidate needs to possess a sales planning and management background.
The desired candidate will assist franchise partners with ongoing business operations through the application of the franchise system and proven business growth practices and develop new business areas.
It is imperative that the candidate work as a team player and have team leadership capabilities.
Hotel management diploma / degree and over 5 years GCC experience in a similar capacity .
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and operational data and determine corrective actions when needed.
Ability to manage deadlines, constantly changing priorities, and multiple issues occurring simultaneously and requiring immediate attention.
Ability to work independently and manage a project with little supervision.
Should be target oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid GCC Driving License.
Should have Experience in Franchisee Startup Operations.
Strong PC skills including Microsoft office Highly desirable qualifications would include:
Previous corporate office franchise experience.
Knowledge of the fast food franchise industry.
Sales management experience.
