A prestigious organisation seeks application from duly qualified, computer literate persons having at least 5 years experience of working as Food & Beverage Manager.

The person applying for the job must be able to manage multiple food outlets and is well versed with menu costing and pricing, labour and overhead costing food preparation and presentation, quality assurance, maintenance of food and equipment inventories, managing of parties and buffets.

He will be required to submit reports to the management on various aspects of his assignments.
