Job Description:
- Will be responsible to develop, troubleshoot, and test data players for AICC/SCORM-compliant eLearning projects. Will program interactivities for eLearning projects. Will also mentor and lead junior visual programmers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards.
- Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality and reliability, as well as group productivity.
- Established interpersonal and organizational skills. Must work well in a team oriented environment
- Takes initiative and is willing to expand own horizon
- Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
- Work with leads on the project to determine coding tasks and schedule requirements.
- Creating Flash Engines. Develop Components
Desired Profile:
- Must have 3-6 years Experience in handling E-learning projects.
- Expertise in Macromedia Flash MX Actionscript programming
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, ASP and XML will be an added advantage.
- Any Graduation Diploma/Certification in Multimedia a plus.
