We are looking for a Factory Manager.

• The incumbent should be well versed with the production control system.
• Should have a proven record of leading motivating a team of line incharges and factory workers.
• Setting targets for workers output and achieving them.
• Capable of managing the supply chain with efficiency.
• Should be proficient in both Urdu and English.
• Capable of negotiating with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• MBA with atleast 5 years of experience.
• Attractive package including fuel, allowances and bonuses.
