- Perform administrative functions in a timely manner
- Maintain /manage the executive director’s calendar , schedule appointments & meetings, travel arrangements
- Setup /manage meetings
- Assist in preparing presentations
- Coordinate for events.

- Excellent organizational, communication and written skills exhibiting a high degree of accuracy and detail
- Strong follow through skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Proven record of outstanding administrative abilities
- Profficient in MS Office
