• Independently managing estimation of Offshore EPIC / Fabrication/multidiscipline construction projects from enquiry stage to contract realization.
• Review the drawings /scope of work and formulate the quantum of work/ BOQ.
• Identify the resource requirements in line with construction/fabrication productivities and the project scope.
• Identify the detailed material requirement and obtain competitive prices.
• Identify the required subcontractors for relevant activities and obtain competitive prices.
• Provide the inputs and direct the planning group to prepare the preliminary project schedule/Method statement
• Carry out site survey and identify the site impediments.
• Prepare Estimation / project summary for management review.
• Compile and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
