Director Sales Required (Islamabad)

One of our Clients is looking for Director Sales for the following role.

Professional Qualification/Experience:

Post Graduate Degree in Management with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
8 – 10 years of experience.
Exposure of Real estate development, Commercial Design, Development management and execution of infrastructure development (residential, commercial, golf course, etc.
Experience in Design, Sales or Customer Relations with strong technical knowledge of building design and construction will also be accepted.
Candidates must have commercial/development construction project history.

Professional Experience & Job Responsibilities:

To coordinate with the regional dealers, Commercial Real Estate Brokers and corporate end users to build relationships.
Ability to connect with people and maintain strategic relationships
Knowledge of building systems and various financing and building lease options will be required.
Manage and provide guidance to the sales staff and monitor in closing the deals successfully.
Prepare, update and monitor the budgeting for the execution of the projects.
Carry out and maintain record of all technical correspondence.
Submit periodic progress report to the top Management.
Coordinate with the project management Consultant.
Complete knowledge of MS Office.
