Customer Support Executives Required (Karachi)

Job Description: Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive would be: 1. Providing technical support to WOL on-line dial-up users by handling technical queries related to Internet browsing, e-mail settings, configurations, windows errors and settings, different browsers, softwares, etc. 2. Reviewing customer issues with seniors in order to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Required Skills: 1. Sound knowledge of troubleshooting. 2. Have excellent communication skills. 3. Strong oral presentation and interpersonal skills. 4. Willing to work in shifts.

Required Qualification: Bachelors Degree.
