Job Description:
- Lead the Legal counsel function for the company
- Provide analysis and counsel on legal and policy issues
- Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.
- Managing employee related legal requirements.

- Ability to identify risks & propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in potential transactions
