An international FMCG company, well-established in the industry, is on the lookout for a leader to complement their HR Division.
With a strong commercial acumen, you will be accountable for position classification and grading systems, job description management and compensation and benefits programs.
You will also oversee the company’s performance evaluation, design and reward system plans and provide integrated advice and support to senior management on a broad range of compensation and benefits related issues.
Research will be largely incorporated into the role where you will be required to evaluate benefits programs and make recommendations while keeping abreast with international, regional and local C&B laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will show strong leadership and analytical skills and will be tactical in his / her approach.
You will hold a Degree in HR focusing on compensation and benefits and have at least seven to ten years industry experience.
