Person should be CNC machine operator . An operator has to do himself, the following things:

• Loading of job i.e. piston crown, cylinder cover(weight of the job approx. 6000 kg) etc.
• Truing of job by himself.
• Selecting the proper tool for specific operation.
• Programming for the job as per drawing.
• Should have knowledge of different tooling and tool holders (MUST).
• Must know different types of measuring instruments and to handle them.
• Should have basic knowledge of inspection.
• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basically, a person,who should know, to operate the machine and do the machining of different jobs as per drawing independently.

Candidate Profile:

• Should have knowledge of different tooling and tool holders (MUST).
• Must know different types of measuring instruments and to handle them.
• Should have basic knowledge of inspection.
• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD.
