CIP Solutions Design Specialist – Location Abu Dhabi.

Our client, a multinational organization with diversified business, is currently seeking to recruit a candidate with:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Electrical Engineering and
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience in designing security projects.

This position is responsible for:
- Supporting (CIP) activities in the Middle East and adjacent areas and reporting to the CIP leader.
- This position entails the following job responsibilities: Qualify CIP opportunities within the regions.
- Provide technical expertise to local business unit sales teams, including site surveys and solutions.
- Develop conceptual solution designs.
- Demonstrate solutions to potential customers.
- Assist with proposal development, estimating and risk reviews.
- Support marketing effort, including trade shows.
- Communicate to leadership on a regular basis, forecasting activity, opportunity status and other information as requested.
- Assist global CIP team in designing and building industry-specific solutions;
- To include selection and integration of leading 3rd parties.
- Security Certifications: CPP, CMP, etc., is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of security design applications – specifically in the areas of access control, video surveillance, perimeter intrusion and integrated security.
- Experience in and knowledge of customers operating in the CIP sectors – industrial sectors, specifically petrochemical, oil and gas, manufacturing and refining segments, infrastructure and defense.
- Ability and willingness to work and live in the Middle East.
- Ability to work and manage relationships with cross functional teams and across SBUs.
- Must have multi-tasking capabilities, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Technical sales experience.
- A global mindset and past exposure to global customers, initiatives, or programs.
- Must be able to travel extensively to customer sites and work with the local customer representatives.
