Work Package title:

1 - REPORTS TO: Schedule Control Manager

2 - QUALIFICATION:

• Shall be familiar with the general design of nuclear power plants.
• Shall have experience working on EPC projects.
• Shall have experience scheduling and interfacing with multidiscipline teams.
• Shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Shall have a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Shall have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

3 - RELATED SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES:

a. Related Software Programs to be used:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook, or equivalent
• Microsoft Power Point
• Primavera
• Documentum

b. Documentation and Procedures:

• Project Execution Plan
• Final Executed Contract
• Contract Change Control Procedure

4 - RELATED TRAINING:

• Primavera, P3 or P3e or equivalent as applicable

5 - FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the successful execution of CI/BOP schedules
• Coordinates CI/BOP schedules and activities to ensure that they are occurring as needed to support the project.

• Monitors schedules to identify trends and takes proactive measures to maintain progress.

6 - JOB STARTING DATE: ATP + 2 months.

7 - JOB DURATION TIME: 68 months

8 - SELF RELIANCE OBJECTIVE:

Works under the supervision of the Schedule Control Manager to ensure that Technology Transfer objectives are being met and that knowledge and experience required to ensure Self-Reliance program is successful.
