Chief Operating Officer Required (Islamabad)

One of our Clients is looking for Chief Operating Officer for the following role.

Professional Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8 – 10 years of experience.
Exposure of Real estate development, construction, management and execution of infrastructure development (residential, commercial, golf course, etc.

Professional Experience & Job Responsibilities:

Set and enforce the policies, strategies and action plan for the development of the project.
Negotiate, finalize and follow up on all technical contracts with the concerned agencies, parties and clients.
Formulate and plan strategies for the timely completion of the project in a cost effective manner.
Manage and provide guidance to the technical staff and overview designs.
Prepare, update and monitor the budgeting for the execution of the projects.
Carry out and maintain record of all technical correspondence.
Approve all variations recommended by the PMC.
Submit periodic progress report to the top Management.
Coordinate with the project management Consultant.
Complete knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project.
