Qualification :
- Relevant graduate qualifications in business administration, and/or accounting;( CPA, CA, CMA, CFMA )
- Minimum five years experience in a Finance and and related function;
- Experience in Investment Company or construction is desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to maintain momentum on projects
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision;
- Ability to supervise the work of others and deliver training;
- Sound judgment;
- Good teamwork, Self-motivated and Enthusiastic;
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English is desireable but not essential
- Developing the performance evaluation function
- Understanding of financial performance measurement and evaluation;
- Good understanding of monitoring business performance ( key performance indicators) against budget and business plan
- Reviewing financial statement ,and conducting financial analysis to determine the progress and to recommend solutions;
- Performing financial du diligence ;
- Making financial projections ;
- Developing financial modeling and running ration and sensitivity analysis;
- Developing comprehensive financial performance MIS;
- Professional approach to financial performance evaluation;
- Ability to make a key contribution to the monitoring of business performance;
- Awareness of external development that impact on the business;
- Ability to provide sound technical advice to business managers;
- Ability to complete tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures;
- IT literate with experience of working with computerized finance systems.
