Job Description:
- To be completely responsible for the administrative functions of the center.
- To be conversant with the Slimming and Beauty Programs and the appliances used for treatment in centers and make constant effort to update knowledge on products and services being offered by company and competitors and share the same with center team and Functional Heads.
- To ensure office discipline cleanliness, professional ethics & healthy atmosphere.
- To delegate the work appropriately to all other departments, functioning in the centre and obtain a daily feedback from all other Managers / staff.
- To ensure that the center functions within the parameters of Company’s policies as may in force for the time being and the ones that may be formulated from time to time.
- Provide motivation to the staff and assign targets for each staff member to achieve the desired results, target sales as well as to improve their performance, efficiency and customer care.
- To ensure that the ACM/ sales manager in consultation with the sales team and the Corporate Office formulates the local advertisement, inserts, events and strategies for awareness and promotion of business. 8. Interact with all booked and prospective clients to maintain customer relation & satisfaction, to develop & expand a loyal set of customers for VLCC.
- To ensure that all the customer complaints are promptly attended at the center level. If the customer still continues to be dissatisfied, the same should be referred to their GM/ /AM.
- To ensure that the accounts are tallied & updated and center expenses are minimized.
- To assist the Corporate HR in Recruitment staff members in all centers.
- To plan and execute sales event by developing and implementing appropriate strategies and by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, to create awareness and promote products and services to niche clients in consultation with the Centre Manager.
- To ensure that the center generates sufficient funds to maintain existing level of business funds & to provide the backbone for future expansion.
- Be aware of the areas of responsibility of staff at Corporate & be tuned to the timely interaction of the Center & the Corporate.
- Liaise with the Corporate Office by coordinating and providing the necessary information to the concerned Departments at the Corporate Office.
- To monitor all the staff training and periodically and send the staff for training to the Institute to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
Preference for Arabic speaker.
Experience 4 – 12 years
