Minimum Requirements: Candidate having Bachelor Degree in Business Administration of age 30 -55 years with good interpersonal skills and very good standard of written and spoken English language.
Relevant experience of minimum 8 years in Oil and Gas industry.
Role: Initiates and coordinates with Line Managers concerned, the preparation and compilation of competency development programs and assists in understanding the development procedures and policies.
Periodically enforces and reviews the processes, planned activities, promotion and confirmation documentation.
Initiates counseling and also responsible for the development of technical and non technical Developees, designing and implementing Satisfaction surveys.
