Keys and Responsibilities :- Operational Primary:
- Manage and/or Execute Corporate Finance mandates for the companies clients; including raising debt and equity financing, proposing and implementing mergers and acquisition transactions, restructuring companies, initial public offerings, etc..
People Management
- Maintain positive and favourable relation with clients
- Train junior staff on Corporate Finance projects
- Evaluate subordinate
- Utilize resources from different department for execution of CFD mandates.
Skills Required :- Educational Qualifications:
- Masters of Business Administration or equivalent
- CFA or advanced qualifications in Finance would be preferred
- Exposure to quantitative financial techniques, financial accounting & reporting
- Training in due diligence, financial modeling, writing offering documents; and negotiating transactions
Experience:
- 5 years + in Investment banking
- Significant Exposure to various facets of investment banking transactions Valuation of companies Strategy evaluation Presentations to clients Writing offering documents .
