Assistant Manager – Account Receivable (Dubai)

Job Description:

  • Ensure that the billing system is updated and accurate at all times.
  • Organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
  • Carry out regular follow up, collection and allocation of payments
  • Ensure that billing, collection and reporting activities are as per specified and agreed timelines
  • Carry out reconciliation of accounts
  • Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally visit and resolve customer queries
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

MBA / MCom with 3 to 5 years experience or BCom with 10 years experience Excellent written communication, assertive and proactive Smart with good negotiation and convincing ability NOC
