Requirements:

The candidate must have at least 3-4 years experience in software/solutions development, preferably with a professional IT company.

• Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience working with the .NET Framework and especially with C#.
• Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) projects using BizTalk Server.
• Strong analytical EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) & B2B architectural Problem solving skills with middleware software experience.
• Best candidate will have experience with object oriented programming and have experience with XML, XSLT, CSS, DHTML, Html and Javascript.
• Programming with MS SQL Server; knowledge of database management, database manipulation via ASP.NET. Oracle knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to work to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to work within a team environment and work with little supervision day to day.
• Experience in working as a team member in software development teams and managing implementation projects that utilize Microsoft web based technologies.
• Experience with development styles that use usability best practices.
• Be able to translate business requirement documents into technical specifications in order to develop applications.
• Knowledge of version control software.
• Proven ability to think strategically while understanding project execution and deliver results.
• 3+ Years in application development.

The successful candidate must be prepared to work with a variety of clients in a team atmosphere, while understanding the client’s goals, objectives and expectations.

• Maintain quality standards while performing due diligence with every project.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints.
• Clear and decisive understanding of project cycles.
• Strong understanding of web-based design and production processes.
• Results driven, self motivated and able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.
• Expert knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET and the deployment of internet and intranet based solutions.
• Knowledge of SPS is a super plus but not required.
• MCAD.NET/MCSD.NET is a plus but not required.
• Fluent English (required).
• Engineering/Computer Science.
