Job Description:
The National Sports, Events and Culture Manager is responsible for ensuring an effective top-down bottom-up flow between the national and field team to establish a local face of our global brand to be appealing and relevant for consumer, which will grow brand value and the Red Bull business.
Requirements:
- Several years of marketing experience, preferably on a field level or in consumer collecting, sports or culture marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience of line management with expertise in hiring, training, administration and motivating teams
- A Strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and “makes things happen”
- Strong planning, budgetary and project management competencies
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to cultivate a team environment
- Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
