Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description:
- Coordinate with customers (restaurant) after the sales department sign the deal.
- Resolve client/customers complains and queries.
- Facilitate and follow up with the client/customers, get food menu from restaurant, complete basic questionnaire to extract information like working hours, delivery hours, mobile number of SMS alerts, address information, food photos etc.
- Supervise the content management team to insert the restaurant menus, prices etc and then reviewing the electronic food menu before making the restaurant live.
