• EDUCATION: at least a Graduate
• SERVICE RECORD: Flawless service record i.e. having no track of performance and/or adherence issues in the past.

• Decisive – Make spontaneous yet correct decisions
• Optimistic – Should be optimistic in approach, particularly when handling escalations, grievances, etc.
• Time Management – Should be able to meet the set timelines / deadlines
• MS Office proficiency – Should have sound acquaintance with MS Office tools required for his/her daily operations, reporting, etc.
• Should have excellent management and leadership skills
• Should possesses effective communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Should be a team player
