Job Description:
- Responsible to coordinate for purchases and supply chain management.
- Coordinate with existing vendors/suppliers.
- Coordinate in finding new vendors / suppliers for purchase.
- Coordinate for quotations, invoices, delivery challans, advances, and outstanding payments.
- Follow up for order deliveries, transportation and documentation.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders and maintain records.
- Internal / external communication with vendors / suppliers.
- Assist to Sales and Finance Department and report to daily basis. – Acquire vendors and suppliers quotations and make comparison.
- Maintain records, files, develop reports and documentation
- Maintain and updated all purchasing records/data, pricing and quotations.
- Maintained and update all related records, files, and reports, etc.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
