Essential Job Functions:
- Getting things done
- Developing project plan and maintaining it throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed all the time for project progress
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with different teams
- Submitting weekly project status reports to Project Management Office
- Constantly check time variance during the project development to raise the flag and take corrective actions
- Fostering relationships with our clients and ensuring on demand availability in case of an emergency.
- Managing project risks and conflicts
Skills:
- Good communication skills and a highly professional attitude are essential, as there will be substantial business contact with our clients
- Good understanding of IT projects and previous experience in web/software industry
- Ability to supervise a number of professionals from varying backgrounds and disciplines
- Highly adept at project and people management skills
- Strong interest in technology and latest developments
